Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at I.D. Booth, Inc. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Before initiating a return or if you have any questions, we encourage you to contact our customer service team at Inside Sales Customer Service or by calling 607-733-9121. If you still wish to proceed with a return, please review the following policy:
General Return Guidelines
- We accept returns for most items except for Close-Outs, Tent Sale, or Final Sale items.
- All returns are subject to a 25% handling charge.
- Canceled special-order items are subject to manufacturer restocking charges and return shipping fees.
- All returns are subject to inspection and may be refused at the discretion of I.D. Booth corporate management.
- Returned items must be current manufactured products, in the original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Stocked Product Returns
- Items returned within 30 days of purchase may qualify for a credit and will be returned to shelf stock immediately.
- Returns made after 30 days require approval from I.D. Booth corporate management.
Special-Order Product Returns
- I.D. Booth will contact the vendor to confirm their return policy and discuss options with the customer.
- A return order will be created, and a copy of the return acknowledgment will be provided to the customer.
- The item must be returned to I.D. Booth.
- Upon receipt of the vendor credit, the corporate billing office will issue a credit to the customer's account.
Defective Product Returns
- I.D. Booth will inspect the defective product and collaborate with the customer to determine the specifics of the return.
- A return order will be created, and a copy of the return acknowledgment will be provided to the customer.
- The item must be returned to I.D. Booth.
- Upon receipt of the vendor credit, the corporate billing office will issue a credit to the customer's account.
Tool Repair Returns
- I.D. Booth will inspect the damaged tool and discuss the specifics with the customer.
- A tool repair order will be created, and a copy of the tool repair/return acknowledgment will be provided to the customer.
- The item must be returned to I.D. Booth.
- Upon receipt of the repaired or replaced tool, it will be made available for customer pick-up.
