PLUMBING-HEATING/ELECTRIC COUNTER SALES & WAREHOUSE– Two positions available in Dansville, one in Bath, one in Ithaca, one in Batavia, one in Wellsville and one in Olean.
Counter Sales with knowledge of Plumbing-Heating and/or Electrical sales.
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and management.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Team Player
Responsibilities:
- Take an active role in handling incoming and outgoing counter sales and calls.
- Provide support on product selection.
- Coordinate in a timely manner the prompt handling of customer requests included but not limited to order entry, correct pricing, expediting, and correct account billing.
- Assist the customer in the resolution of all disputes and claims within warranty.
- Inside counter sales/warehouse duties.
- Put away stock during counter down time.
- Help unload delivery trucks if needed.
Work Schedule:
7:00 am to 4:30 pm; Monday through Friday (hours may vary slightly). Some overtime may be required.

Requirements:
- Have a clean driver’s license. CDL not required.
- Be able to lift heavy objects, 50+ lbs.
- Can operate fork lift, pallet jack and hand truck
Responsibilities:
- Receives and puts away inventory from vendors
- Ships and receives transfers from branches
- Processes daily paperwork
- Performs inventory cycle counts
- Load and unload trucks
- Lift truck experience preferred
- Other duties as assigned
Work Schedule:
7:30 to 4:30; Monday through Friday (hours may vary slightly). Some overtime may be required.

Requirements:

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES FOR PLUMBING/HEATING/ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTOR - Ithaca, NY territory.
We are currently looking for two Outside Sales Representatives for our Ithaca, NY territory. One with knowledge of Plumbing/HVAC sales and the other with Electrical Sales knowledge.
Skills/Education/Experience:
- Knowledge in Plumbing/HVAC or Electrical
- Prior business-to-business sales experience
- Knowledge of selling premium priced products
- College Degree or equivalent sales experience required
- Prior customer service experience required
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and management
- Mobile device, social media and basic computer skills necessary
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Develop new business in your territory
- Face-to-face sales calls
- Document information before and after each sales call
- Send daily call reports to sales manager
- Provide guidance and support on product selection
- Delivery product occasionally
- Be willing and open to learn, attend training sessions and meetings as necessary
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Work Schedule:
8:00 to 5:00; Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.

BRANCH MANAGER FOR ELECTRICAL/PLUMBING/HVAC DISTRIBUTOR for Batavia, NY branch.
We are currently looking for a branch manager for our Batavia, NY branch. Candidate should possess experience in the Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing areas. This person must possess the following:
Skills/Education/Experience:
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and electric.
• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience and management responsibility is preferred.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees and management.
• Ability to be branch liaison with factory representatives and product representative agencies.
Responsibilities:
• Take an active role in handling and overseeing incoming and outgoing counter sales calls.
• Provide support on product selection.
• Coordinate in a timely manner the prompt handling of customer requests included but not limited to order entry, correct pricing, expediting, and correct account billing.
• Assist the customer in the resolution of all disputes and claims within warranty.
• Oversee the branch warehouse.
• Oversee the day to day stock transfers and incoming/outgoing flow of products for branch stock and local deliveries
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
